Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prometra.ai and the prometra app (“the Service”), provided by Prometra, LLC. By starting a trial, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Store and promotion data

When you connect a store (such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe), you grant prometra permission to access your product catalogs, discount objects and the order data your store reports, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to share this data with us.

Trials, subscriptions and payments

Self-serve plans start with a 30-day trial. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe; by adding a payment method you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If you exceed your plan’s monthly discounted-order volume, your promotions continue to run and we will contact you about an appropriate plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, abusing coupon redemption systems, interfering with the Service, or using it for fraudulent activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You may request export or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@prometra.ai. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
