Privacy Policy

Prometra, LLC (“prometra”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use prometra.ai and the prometra app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you start a trial or subscribe, and the name, company and role you give if you request a working session.
Store and promotion data: when you connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe, we access product catalogs and discount objects, and receive the order details your store reports by webhook, including order totals, discount amounts and the customer email used with a code.
Usage data: how you use the app, including redemption counts used to compute plan volume.
Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and plan, never your full card details.
Marketing data: if you join the newsletter or request a working session, the details you enter and a record of your consent, including the time and the IP address it came from.

How we use your data

To create, sync and manage your promotions across connected stores.
To provide analytics, A/B testing, redemption limits and fraud alerts.
To process subscription payments and track monthly usage against your plan.
To send service emails such as fraud alerts and promotion-ending reminders, and the newsletter if you opted in.
To secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.

Your customers’ data

When your store reports orders, we process the customer email, order reference, order value, discount and, where the store sends it, the shopper’s IP address, on your behalf, to enforce code limits and detect abuse. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share that data with us.

Store credentials

API keys and tokens for connected stores are encrypted before they are saved and are used only to sync promotions, read catalogs and verify webhooks.

Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never pass through or are stored on our servers.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run the Service: Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider for service emails and the newsletter, our hosting provider, Google Analytics when analytics is enabled, and Anthropic when you use drafting from a goal, in which case the goal sentence you type is sent to generate the draft and no store or customer data is included. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and similar storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. When analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. The newsletter prompts remember a dismissal in your browser’s local storage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting the app.

Retention and deletion

You may request export or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to privacy@prometra.ai. We process verified requests within 30 days and remove personal data unless the law requires us to keep it.
